Junior Warehouse Officer

Job Summary

The Junior Warehouse Officer will be responsible for supporting inventory management, stock receiving and issuance, warehouse organization, asset tracking, and maintaining accurate warehouse records to ensure efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• ✔ Receive, inspect, record, and organize incoming stock.
• ✔ Manage inventory records and monitor stock movements.
• ✔ Assist with stock issuance, transfers, and dispatch activities.
• ✔ Maintain proper warehouse organization and storage conditions.
• ✔ Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliations.
• ✔ Track company assets and maintain accurate documentation.
• ✔ Report stock discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items.
• ✔ Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments.
• ✔ Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
