Junior Pre-Sales Engineer

Job Summary

The Junior Pre-Sales Engineer will be responsible for supporting customer needs assessments, preparing technical proposals, coordinating with technology vendors, and assisting in the development of competitive ICT solutions and bids. The successful candidates will work closely with sales teams, technical engineers, and technology partners to identify customer requirements and help develop solutions that align with business objectives and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• ✔ Assist in assessing customer technical requirements, business needs, and project objectives.
• ✔ Support the design and preparation of ICT solutions based on customer requirements.
• ✔ Prepare technical proposals, solution documentation, and technical specifications.
• ✔ Collaborate with sales engineers to develop competitive technical and commercial offerings.
• ✔ Coordinate with technology vendors and partners to obtain product specifications, technical information, and solution recommendations.
• ✔ Support the preparation and evaluation of technical tender documents, bids, and requests for proposals (RFPs).
• ✔ Participate in technical discussions, customer meetings, and solution presentations.
• ✔ Assist in identifying suitable hardware, software, networking, and enterprise technology solutions.
• ✔ Review customer requirements and help ensure proposed solutions align with technical specifications.
• ✔ Support the preparation of bills of materials (BOMs), technical comparisons, and solution documentation.
• ✔ Research emerging ICT technologies, industry developments, and vendor solutions.
• ✔ Maintain accurate technical documentation and support effective coordination between sales, pre-sales, and engineering teams.
